Long Form posts are a great way for 𝕏 Premium subscribers to engage with their audience on 𝕏, without being limited by character count.

We already support writing long form posts in Typefully, but today we're finally enabling publishing & scheduling long form posts too, thanks to the newly released 𝕏 API.

Simply create a new 𝕏 draft and enjoy the new 4,000 character limit if you're an 𝕏 Premium subscriber.

Previews of shared drafts are more accurate when shared on Slack, Notion, and other websites.

Also, we now take the first image of the draft and show it in the preview, so it's more representative of its content.

Typefully AI, our own AI writing assistant, is now powered by GPT-4o.

GPT-4o is OpenAI's latest model and it's smarter and faster than previous models.

You can now use it in our most popular rewriting prompts (e.g. make it punchier) as well as when you write your own custom prompts in Typefully.

To try it, click the sparkle ✨ button in the our editor, or press ⌘ J on Mac or ctrl J on Windows.

Text formatting is now better respected when copying/pasting content from Google Docs or Notion to Typefully.

1) Bold and *italic* text is preserved when you paste into a long-form draft. 2) Bullet points from lists you copy/paste are fully preserved. 3) Newlines and paragraphs are kept as in the original doc as much as possible.

This improvement is also valid when pasting from other popular websites.

You can now preview your LinkedIn posts with perfect accuracy.

Click on "Publish" or "Schedule" and then click on "Preview" (next to the LinkedIn toggle) to see this new Realistic Preview. This gives you a precise idea of how the post will look on LinkedIn.

The post is collapsed by default (as shown on LinkedIn) with the "See more..." button available to expand it.

To optimize your posts for mobile, click on the "Mobile" toggle in the top right corner to see how it looks like on people's phones.

Browse and add emoji to your drafts with our new Emoji Picker.

You could already type ":" and write an emoji alias to add emoji, but we've now added a convenient picker in the editor bottom toolbar.

You can finally write 𝕏 long form posts in Typefully.

We can't support publishing and scheduling yet, but there’s a workaround: you can in fact copy the long form text from Typefully to manually post in on 𝕏.

As soon as 𝕏 adds long form support to their API, you'll be able to schedule and publish directly from Typefully.

You can now write, publish, and schedule Mastodon drafts.

This is the third platform supported in Typefully, after 𝕏 and LinkedIn. However, what makes this update particularly important is that it includes a complete revamp of Typefully's editor and core functionality, paving the way to add more platforms soon.

Mastodon support, just like LinkedIn, is part of our Creator plan.

Typefully allows you to publish on 𝕏 / Twitter and LinkedIn, but until now you had to always create an 𝕏 draft first, and then also pick LinkedIn as a destination.

You can now directly create a LinkedIn draft by clicking on the new drop-down menu in the "New draft" button.

You need to be at least on the Creator plan to connect a LinkedIn account.

As you may know, Typefully has a smart AI assistant called Vesper with a variety of rewrite modes. You can click on the ✨ icon on your posts or press Command + J (or Ctrl + J on Windows) to open it.

We've added new commands to quickly add emoji to your posts, so you can save a few minutes. Just search for "emoji" on Vesper to try them.

Typefully has added new ways to organize and enrich your drafts. Now you can add tags, internal titles, and even write in a scratchpad for each draft.

Tags are part of the Creator plan. You can also easily filter and search drafts by tag via the Command Bar - which you can invoke via the usual Ctrl/Cmd+K shortcut.

If you're on the Creator plan or higher, you can now download data from any Analytics chart as a CSV file.

This new feature empowers creators to analyze metrics more effectively and double down on their best performing content.

The wait is over. Today we're finally introducing Auto-DMs.

Easily create giveaways, send content to your community, and boost engagement on your tweets. Creators who tried the beta have gained hundreds of followers.
