You can now create new drafts with a URL parameter, like this: 

https://typefully.com/?new={your content here}

The content will become the text of a new draft. It has to be URL-encoded, and if we find 4 empty newlines, we'll split the text into separate tweets too.

The first use case we've found is an iOS Shortcut to start a new Typefully draft. It's really useful 

when you start writing on Twitter and you want to continue in Typefully

 to start a new Typefully draft from anywhere. Here's how to set it up:

You can now add polls to your LinkedIn, Threads, and Mastodon posts in Typefully, not just X.

Write a poll once and the options carry over to every platform in your draft that supports polls. Each platform keeps its own settings, like how long the poll runs. If you set up something a platform won't accept, like too many options or an option that's too long, Typefully flags it before you publish.

 the poll has its own question (up to 140 characters), 2–4 options (up to 30 characters each), and runs for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks.

Polls are available on every plan, including Free. As on X, a post with a poll can't include images or video.

Polls on LinkedIn, Threads, and Mastodon

Quote posts are no longer just for X and LinkedIn. You can now quote posts on Bluesky, Mastodon, and Substack Notes too.

Paste the link to the post you want to quote into your draft.

Click the button on the link preview to convert it into a quote.

Quotes also work in thread finishers, so the last post in your thread can point readers back to the first.

You can now choose who can reply to X posts published with Typefully.

Keep replies open to everyone, or limit them to accounts you follow, accounts you mention, verified accounts, or subscribers.

Use the new reply settings before publishing to decide what kind of conversation you want around each post.

High-resolution videos posted to X through Typefully now publish at full 1080p instead of getting compressed to 720p.

This applies automatically as long as the X account you're publishing to has an active X Premium subscription. No settings to change, just upload your video and publish as usual.
