Aquí te cuento cómo hacer el verdadero Trabajo profundo. 👇🏻
Este concepto, acuñado por Cal Newport, se refiere a la habilidad de concentrarse sin distracciones en tareas cognitivamente demandantes.
Deep Work es el antídoto contra la cultura de la distracción constante, proponiendo una alternativa:
✨ La concentración ininterrumpida ✨
Practicar Deep Work implica más que simplemente apagar las notificaciones del celular.
Requiere un cambio fundamental en cómo abordas tu trabajo.
Significa:
✅ Priorizar las tareas.
✅ Establecer límites claros.
✅ Crear un entorno que favorezca la concentración.
Implica también desarrollar la disciplina para resistir las tentaciones de la multitarea y las distracciones.
En la práctica, puede tomar muchas formas.

2. Elimina las distracciones
Antes de comenzar, elimina todas las posibles distracciones.

3. Establece un tiempo específico
