Typefully is fantastic and way too cheap for what you get.
Weโve tried many alternatives at @framer but nothing beats it. If youโre still tweeting from Twitter youโre wasting time.

๐ค AI Design *HOT TAKE* Part III
Using mockups to showcase your work has been the number one way for many designers to sell their work
Finding or creating the right mockups takes time, and often they suck
AI will change the game of mockups forever
A thread ๐งต
This is the current landscape for Mockups, super low quality and honestly makes one sad, sorry @placeitapp - I'm sure you mean no harm.
Now let's compare what's on the market with something made by AI tailored to what I wanted.
Left is ๐ค AI, Right is mockup market place Placeit
I have some other variants here to pick from, which again were made based on what I wanted to show off my work
There are very few artifacts in these SOOAI shots, a few minutes of retouching and they would be good to go
Now let's try a dark vibe, and a bedroom, need to sell an art piece to go next to or above a bed
Just like that, the AI has produced very fine-looking images, that can be turned into mockups in a few minutes of work
A dim-lit living room wall
Another dim-lit living room, with soft light and a massive painting
Let's try some off-white and softer looks, yeah the AI can handle that too
If it's also not clear yet, interior design mockups will be extremely cheap and fast to produce by anyone that can write a few words in a chat interface
๐ฌ "A brightly lit living room, interior design, light, 50mm, soft light, fabrics, a big wall frame with a white canvas, 4k"
Let's try to put a painting inside a "Scandinavian open plan kitchen in a scandi barn house"
Yes it solves that too, artifacts are visible, but this is so insane
Let's try a more modern kitchen, with high ceilings
Another one, there are a lot of artifacts around the tables and chairs in this output.
Let's throw in some of that Scandinavian Barn house feel and see what we get
Stunning results, absolutely wow
Let's do a modern kitchen with light shining through big windows
So I love high ceilings and bookshelves, and if I ever wanted to display art I've made in a scene it would have to be a loft type of environment, with big bookshelves and loads of natural light
It struggles a little bit with keeping the shelves aligned, but other than that it does a fantastic job, giving me what I ask for
Let's finish with this, I personally like this a lot because it reminds me a lot of my own living room.
My conclusion is that, not only will the mockup industry be completely re-vamped by the advances in generative AI, but also the interior design industry.
All the images in this thread keep a consistent style (due to me keeping most of my prompts intact)
You can however get extremely different results, what you ask for you'll get. It's that simple.
