Daar reageerde Ries en consorten natuurlijk meteen op. Strekking: het is het huidige college dat alles heeft verpest.

Na de inval was de relatie met Synthrus Achmea ( ook ontwikkelaar trouwens van Staal Bankiers complex, waar het kinderboekenmuseum moet komen) ernstig bekoeld. Ze bleven weg. En kwamen lang niet met een nieuwe businesscase.

En op p.106 blijkt uit een gespreksleidraad dat Synthrus Achmea zich terugtrekt uit Zuidwest. Laat dat nu ook de portefeuille van #ries zijn geweest. ( en Ries was ook diegene die aandrong op het voeren van exclusieve gesprekken met IQNN / Synthrus over de Amerikaanse Ambassade).
En hier de allerlaatste documenten uit het WOBverzoek. Een notitie van 11-2-2021 waaruit blijkt dat het huidige college ook onderzoekt of bestaande cultureel vastgoed kan worden verkocht om toch die miljoenen voor een #eschermuseum bij elkaar te schrappen.
Waar staan we nu?
Werkelijk geen idee.
Wat ligt er op de onderhandelingstafel? Een miljoenenclaim.
