When I first got into NFTs, I defaulted to OpenSea because it's the most well-known marketplace. Since then, many more have sprung up.
There's a wide range of marketplaces to try that suit a variety of users, from beginners to collectors to pro traders.

1. @blur_io is a marketplace for pro-NFT traders. It launched in 2022. You can use it to buy across multiple NFT marketplaces, set price targets, and sweep the floor. It also offers advanced sales analytics.
2. @the_x2y2 launched in late 2021. It enables trading NFTs for free. It works similarly to OpenSea and showcases the most prominent NFT collections by trading volume and market cap.
3. @SuperRare is founded by John Crain, Charles Crain, and Johnathan Perkins in 2018. It's useful for finding curated one-of-one collections and works by up-and-coming artists. It offers an Instagram-type feed of NFTs for finding these more easily.
4. @Niftygateway was founded by Duncan and Griffin Cock Foster in 2018, and the Winklevoss Twins subsequently purchased it. It focuses on limited edition NFTs The marketplace also has a partnership with Sotheby's.
M by Pak is the biggest collection on this marketplace, followed by various XCOPY works.
5. @MagicEden was founded by Ahmad Irshaid in 2021. It's the premier marketplace for Solana NFTs and now also for Ethereum-based NFTs.
Interestingly, it rolled out features like charts and analytics before OpenSea...
6. @jpgstoreNFT is the largest Cardano marketplace. It was founded in 2021 by Blakelock, Shabro, and Yellowbutt. The @the_ape_society is one of the most-high profile NFT collections on Cardano.
The marketplace is easy to use and contains helpful guides for getting setting up a Cardano wallet and buying your first NFT with ADA.
8. @fx_hash_ is a Tezos-focused marketplace for affordable generative art NFTs. It was founded by Ciphrd. Garden, Monoliths by Zancan is the biggest NFT on this marketplace by trading volume.
8. @tender_art is another popular curated platform for discovering generative NFT art, specifically on Tezos. Many of these are also sold on fxhash. It features a drops calendar and a curated list of the best Tezos NFTs.
9. @sansaxyz is an NFT marketplace designed specifically to showcase generative art on the Ethereum blockchain. It showcases upcoming drops from Art BLocks and other generative art platforms and enables users to buy and sell them.
10. @KnownOrigin_io is a marketplace for buying and selling one-of-one NFTS and genesis NFTs from noted and new NFT artists.
David Moore, Andy Gray and James Morgan founded this marketplace in 2017. XCOPY and Sabet are two of the biggest-selling artists on KnownOrigin.
