✨ Were it all began
It was in 2011 that Ninja started streaming. But he didn’t garner much attention as he was more focused on eSports.
But in 2017, he devoted himself to streaming. He played many games, picked Battle Royale train in 2017 and began playing PUBG.
✨ Make a difference
Ninja soon started streaming Fortnite and his popularity exploded, along with that of the game.
He turned into a prominent figure idolised not only by his followers but also by their parents as a role model for their kids.
In Sept'17, @Ninja had around 5 lakh followers on Twitch.
And then went on to play Fortnite with Drake, Travis Scott and JuJu Smith-Schuster in 2018 attracting more than 628,000 viewers.
Soon, he had over 2 million subscribers.
Ninja then hosted his very own Fortnite tournament in Las Vegas sometime in 2018.
He broke his own streaming record with this event as an estimated 667,000 people watched the event.
✨ Moving to Mixer
On August 1, 2019, Ninja signed an exclusive deal with Microsoft to stream exclusively on Mixer platform. However, the platform was shut down in July 2020.
Love him or loathe him, one thing looks certain: his future is bright. Make sure to follow him!
