How should an accelerator really add value to their startups?

What should a new age #accelerator look like? All of them have these sessions with experts, networking events and #freebies. I feel those are not worth the stake that you give up to them. YouTube is good enough. Instead, this is what they should do to add real value >>

Full-time #Counsel - i shouldn't have to worry about how to issue stock, #SAFE notes, contracts, NDAs, draft privacy policies on my website. Or pay money I don't have to expensive lawyers. Just do it for me so i can focus on my core problem ie #product, #growth, #hiring.

Full-time #CPA - just do my books for me so you dont need to ask for quarterly updates. Do my #payroll, keep me fiscally responsible, file my taxes and keep me compliant locally/internationally. Just do it for me so i can focus on my core problem ie product, growth, hiring.

Full-time #SEO + web design person - too many fraud, incompetent folks pretending to be SEO experts out there. Help me put up a kick-ass website. Just do it for me so i can focus on my core problem ie product, growth, hiring.

Full-time #copywriter - Help me write kick ass copy on my website, decks, and all my other brand assets. Positioning becomes so much more powerful if we have the right words to communicate it. Do it WITH me so i can make progress on my core problem ie product, growth, hiring.

You do all this really well until I hit $1M ARR. That alone will be worth the 5-10% equity that we dilute. Increases the odds of success and ROI for incubators b/c founders aren't getting drowned in complicated, irrelevant or expensive stuff and can focus on #PMF and scale.
