Following the Nexo revelations
one must ask
how independent is Cointelegraph as a crypto news outlet?
otter has explosive findings that casts doubt on @cointelegraph journalistic integrity
like, retweet & read on
š¦¦šš¼š§µ
it all centers around Teodora
her bio claims she is in Nexo's Prime Brokerage department
her old posts claim she was in Nexo PR team
otter's sources claim that she is the girlfriend of Nexo founder, Kosta, who is currently on the run

Both Coindesk & @Cointelegraph approached otter for a story
otter obliged
and gave both reporters the same info
yet the resulting articles could not be more different!
read on and you be the judge
it seemed that Cointelegraph was a tad biased towards Nexo to otter
the article reads like a paid Nexo piece with strong emphasis on Nexo's response
"SMEAR CAMPAIGN" flashed the headlines
otters were irritated but we let journalists do their thing
so imagine our surprise when in digging on the whereabouts of Nexo founders
we see Kosta's girlfriend Teodora in a series of photos
here we see Teodora "having too much fun hosting @KristinaLCorner & @Cointelegraph with the @Nexo PR team"
or Teodora with Cointelegraph here at the Eiffel Tower, Paris
who paid for this event or trip?
was it Nexo?
was it @Cointelegraph ?
was there really ā¤ļø between them ?
š¦¦
perhaps Nexo is playing up their relationship with Cointelegraph?
absolutely not, it seems!
here is the EDITOR-IN-CHIEF of @Cointelegraph having "great pleasure to have met Teodora
retweet this
š¦¦
or how about the time @Cointelegraph EDITOR IN CHIEF @KristinaLCorner selected Teodora for the #CointelegraphTop100
what are the criteria to selection?
how many of the top 100 came from companies that paid Cointelegraph?
are there disclaimers?
should there be?
š¦¦
do you reckon there is a conflict of interest here?
will @cointelegraph disclose how much money Nexo has ever paid them
will cointele disclose if they have received money or gifts for writing this article?
will cointelegraph share the inspiration for the image in this article?
did cointelegraph know of the illegal activities that Nexo is alleged to have done before
if so, did cointelegraph knowingly abet or assist Nexo in legitimising them through favorable media coverage?
is Nexo a client of cointelegraph?
