Still doing Intermittent Fasting, often even during weekends (I wasn’t planning for that).
I'm feeling a lot calmer in the mornings, consuming fewer calories, and experiencing reduced cravings — which were a huge problem for me.
I’m training/skateboarding fasted as well.

I drink electrolytes in the morning and/or during workouts, especially when skateboarding — as I routinely burn more than 1k calories.
No dizziness or lack of energy. I never thought proper hydration is all it takes.
