I see many similar apps built on top of ChatGPT, with the majority of makers relying on Twitter for sales.
It worked for me and some makers 2 weeks ago, but the hype has become overwhelming.
We need more channels. Below are a few examples I saved to explore in-depth.
Context. I launched my invisible AI assistant, typeslashai.com, and got hundreds of pre-orders from Twitter.
Now I want to figure out how to grow it and bring in more revenue. I don't have any maintenance costs, which means more money for marketing.
Programmatic SEO: In his post, @TheBuilderJR describes how he built one for a new project that describes what the copy-pasted code does.

TikTok: Here is another masterclass from @levelsio.
A video crafted by @rileybrown_ai received 1.7M views and brought in +$50k MRR to Pieter's project.
Can we do the same? I don't think so in terms of MRR, but I will definitely try TikTok

AI cold outreach: This story was told by @AKASpencerScott about his buddy @umar482.
Umar pulled a list of 100k Shopify sites with name, email, website, meta data, etc.
He then built a tool that takes all the data in for each Shopify store, trains GPT-4 on what the site does/sells, and told GPT-4 to come up with an idea for an app to generate more revenue for each store. Then he pitched this in a cold email.
