Which leaders hold the key to a regenerative future? In reading @Beehane's book "Being Other" I've come to realize the pivotal role that black and indigenous women of color (BIWOC) are playing in the just transition. 🎞 youtu.be/ghE9TQ6WBBY 🎧 pod.fo/e/20e1db 1/
@Beehane is a serial entrepreneur & author of "Being Other", a new book that shares her journey as an Arab African woman of color across management consulting, entrepreneurship and nature conservation. Check out her book in paperback and audio: beehane.org/ 2/
She's also one of the incredible leaders at @sovereignnature leveraging web3 to finance nature conservation for organizations like the @KenyaWildTrust with innovative art projects like Tracing The Wild x.com/sovereignnature/status/1736657554124464505?s=20 3/
Regardless of where you come from or who you are, I'm sure you can relate to the experiences described in @Beehane's "Being Other". I was left with a deepened well of compassion for those on the fringes and a newfound sensitivity for my own biases and blindspots. 4/
I was deeply moved and inspired to hear the personal journey of someone who had overcome so many obstacles and had fought not only for her own seat at the table, but for all of lifeβ€”and to have done all of this with compassion and integrity. This is regeneration. 5/
If you're a leader working towards a better world and are actively looking to widen your horizons, I'd definitely recommend checking out the episode and her book! πŸ“– beehane.org/ 🎞 youtu.be/ghE9TQ6WBBY 🎧 pod.fo/e/20e1db end/
