🏆 We finally managed to hit the HN frontpage.
The perfect formula was:
1/ interesting product
2/ no-bullshit title
3/ sparking an interesting/controversial discussion in the comments

Servers did hold up without a sweat.
It's crazy what you can do these days with a couple of well-configured dynos on Heroku and a Django app 🤯
We peaked at 8 RPS when we hit the HN frontpage.
🏛 Finally a bit of history.
Typefully was born as @linuz90's personal side-project.
I jumped in to make the editor crazy-fast, and wrote the server-side code.
@meseali helped us redefine positioning and copy, making it an official @mailbrew-team project 💌
Plans for the future?
Implement all the great ideas you suggested. First one is image support, which is why I am not tweeting this from Typefully in the first place 😂
What would you like to see us build into @typefullyapp?
