Most of us set it up ages ago and never revisited it.
2. Consider implementing a customer loyalty program to reward repeat customers and encourage brand loyalty.
Even if you just identify and reward your top 10% of buyers, you can increase loyalty and revenue.
3. Use social media to connect with your customers and promote your brand, products, and special offers.
Don’t auto-spam your followers. Instead, be intentional about how what what you’re sharing. Make it about the community, not you.
4. Make sure your website is mobile-friendly, as more and more people are shopping on their phones.
If you’re using Shopify, this is probably done already. But try viewing your store on your phone or tablet.
5. Take advantage of the holiday season by offering special deals and promotions to attract new customers.
It’s not just Christmas and Black Friday deals, you can create special deals for anniversaries, special occasions, or even invent your own branded holiday.
6. Don't forget about post-purchase customer service, such as providing easy returns and handling customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
