Vláda schválila návrh novely zákoníku práce. Na @Hokomora jsme rádi, že @mpsvcz vyslyšelo řadu našich připomínek a finální návrh je mnohem jednodušší a bez řady byrokratických složitostí. Jedním z velkých témat byla úprava pravidel home office.
Za covidu jsme si na home office zvykli a dnes je standardně nabízeným benefitem. Patří mezi oblíbené benefity a nabízí ho 54 % všech firem. Pokud odečteme ty, které ho kvůli charakteru práce nabízet nemohou, tak práci z domova umožňuje 93 % zaměstnavatelů.
Velkým tématem okolo novely bylo to, jak moc pravidla pro home office svazovat zákonem. Nakonec se nám podařilo prosadit smysluplnou dohodu: zaměstnavatel nemusí chodit k zaměstnancům domů a kontrolovat, jestli mají vhodné pracovní podmínky.
Stát také nebude diktovat výši náhrad za práci z domova, a nechá to na dohodě mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem. Z práce na dálku tak bude smysluplný benefit a součást boje o kvalitní zaměstnance.
Zájem o práci z domova výrazně roste a tento graf bude za pár let určitě vypadat jinak.
Takto vypadají důvody pro poskytování práce z domova (respondenti mohli vybrat více variant). K tomu jeden osobní odhad - tím, jak se lidé stěhují mimo velká města, poroste význam snížení časových ztrát z dojíždění.
Jak je z výsledků průzkumu mezi členy @Hokomora vidět, zájem firem poskytovat práci na dálku i zájem zaměstnanců tuto možnost využívat je hodně velký a v čase poroste. Směřujeme do doby flexibilní práce, kdekoliv to půjde.
K tomu připočtěme zájem o kratší úvazky či kombinaci několika zaměstnání - a během pár let nás čekají významné změny trhu práce.
