Update on Sensive
I started @SensiveXyz because I was not happy with any of the alternatives on the market. Journaling and mood tracking can greatly improve your mental wellbeing.
This is one of these slow (almost to slow) but steady projects.

This is a sneak peek of Sensive AI.
2.5 years, and with a +4.8 ⭐️ rating on App Store,
I finally believe we have the ingredients to make Sensive 10x better.
The growth trend quarter over quarter has been steady, but we've reached a point where I want to super charge the experience further.
After almost a full year now exploring and building with AI.
The time is right to explore how to augment and enhance Sensive.
The simple interface allows you to stay on top of your mood, and journal easily. We also have deeper insights and historical views that allows for deeper analysis and exploration of data.
The mood tracker is simple, intuitive and allows for zen mode or expanded mode. To allow you to grasp more of the meaning of the emote your are rating.
With deeper insights and data, you can see your mood data over time together with your Apple Health data.
This can be very powerful when combining the quantitative data (mood and Apple Health) with your qualitative data (Journal entries)
The Journal is simple and allows for media to be attached to entries.
You can filter the journal entries based on mood score.
You can also decide to show or hide the daily prompt questions you get when entering a journal note.
So after experimenting a lot with AI as a personal mentor/guidance coach. It's clear that our members have a lot to gain on getting access to an AI thats secure and private inside their experience.
Being able to openly and at length discuss the journal entries with an AI that listens, is always there and that does not judge could be super powerful if done right.
I'm currently exploring this on my own data, and so far the findings are promising.
With just a few simple conversations the AI has made personal development plans for me. Structured in Short, Mid & Long-term buckets.
It has helped me clearly define measurable goals and come up with multiple points of views on why and how this could affect my wellbeing, as well as ideas on what to look out for and when to reach out to a human professional.
It helped me based on my journal inputs, health data and mood scores, determine the right course of actions for immediate to mid term actions that needs to happen so that I don't burn out.
This type of proactiveness is something I feel could benefit all of our members
Here is a sneak peak of some of the content Sensive AI has helped me obtain. This is the 4 short-term goals we have landed on. There are additional mid term and long term goals agreed on too.
We then have the deep dives into each short term goal, here we are looking at the Family Time goals.
Remember these are unique to me, and based on +400 journal entries and mood data and recent conversations with the Sensive AI.
This is hyper personal. No one experience would be alike.
