This is wild 🤯
💥 FLUX.1 + RealismLora in FREEPIK 💥
Create any interior design, in one place, expand, fix small things.
But how good is it? Let's see me remodel my kitchen:
The first image, is good, resolution is relatively low, but almost zero AI artefacts. world understanding consistency in the image is top. There are some small defects like, stove, window syll. and duct connections.
Mainly around here we have the issues. But given this is a zero shot environment, and I have not provided and image to work with, this is pure text to image I'd say this is a HUGE improvement over previous models.
Now if we bring this into Magnific, use the settings:
Scale 2x
Films & Photography
Creativity 2
HDR -1
Resemblance 2
Fractality 0
Run this twice or use scale factor 4x
Now we end up with this, this has taken me a few minutes at this point. Let's just spend another 2 minutes fixing the things I don't like in photoshop.
The ducts are completely gone, window syll is fixed, changed the gas hub to be more accurate to what we are putting in. Removed the extra wood bowl and the extra dishwasher detergent pump.
Left is before
Right is after
Some final post processing and X compression and you end up with this.
Let's go a head and look at some close-ups.
The wood chairs, and kitchen island patina.
Kitchen counter top, window frame and vases.
New gas hob.
The sorted window and ducts.

So with like a total of 5 minuts work (mainly waiting on models to run) I've got a super high res image to my moodboard for the kitchen re-modelling.
I can now go a head and take some actual photos of my kitchen and use @Magnific_AI to do a style transfer.
Summer house is a mess, but for illustrative purposes. Let's see what can be done. (this is a photo I just took with my iPhone). No editing. messy.
We can quickly see in Magnific how the style transfer works.
Polishing a bit in photoshop and upsclaing with Magnific this is what we get.
So now we have my actual summer house kitchen, in the style that we generated using @Freepik and upscaled using @Magnific_AI
I can put the moodboard image and the actual kitchen image next to each other in my project on @milanote and write comments, and work from this new starting point.
These new tools, makes it super fast & simple for interior designers to quickly come up with ideas, share with clients. Or for DIY'ers like myself to quickly get rough ideas out of my head close to speed of thought.
This is a game changer
