Below are the ones I am tracking. I own some of these NFTs as well

.@chainzoku is a manga based comic pfp project. Love the quality .. and NFT innovations
Mint was ~0.09 for AL only. Many ppl bought a 0.2E box which gave 2 ALs (+ other items)
Mint went ok. Floor dipped below mint. But then picked up (~2X)
Should evolve into more than just pfp

Love three things about them:
1. Building the game before launching NFTs
2. Audited economy by @machinations. Most other games do not do this.. and fail
3. No pre-allocation to the team. How nice is that!
.@ageofanura takes a long term view & aims to build a decentralized Marvel
As the first step, they are building a platform that allows writers to extend story lines
Games et al will come much later. Was created by combining two DAOs. So a very community led effort. I like that

Beta will launch later this month. The NFTs will be converted from pixel 2D to 3D
IMO the game play footage looks really good

Metagravity recenty raised 9mn, so well funded. It is highly focused on scalability. But reasonable to expect the game to be slick and fast
Here is one you did not expect I guess: @crypto_coven is a great pfp project. But they now have their Narrator's Hut and stories that look suspiciously similar to lore

Their staking mechanism is (was?) quite unique and had me doing all kinds of calculations to figure out the most value. A good hour of fun. Although if ded, it was a wasted effort :)
Have heard good things about @SoulSplicersNFT although I haven't personally spent time on understanding it. Maybe someone can check it out and reply here?
Generative Dungeon @GenDungeon is an interesting one as well

Pixel Farms @pixels_online is not really for me. But I hear it is gaining traction and is even .. fun!
With almost 7000ETH in total volume, it must be doing ok I guess

L&L is a fantasy action RPG apparently from the creators of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (haven't verified)
Founder NFT gives access to future drops. Not cheap (~$400)
Curio @0xcurio is building an on-chain strategy game. Has raised $2.9mn and is funded by Bain Capital Crypto among others
They are dedicated to building infrastructure for on chain games. But they are also building games. Not too many details at this point
.@mithraeumio has been under development for a while. Fully on-chain strategy game focused on politics and diplomacy
Has been running trials to test out the economy
Playing it will be rewarding rather than just holding NFTs
A friend said bot coders seem to have an advantage
Then there is @briqNFT on Starknet.
Essentially it is Lego on the blockchain. Not specifically making games per say.
But I guess Lego is play
Nyan Heros @nyanheroes is a free-to-play shooter game. Have heard good things about it. It certainly has good trading volumes
On Solana. You can currently buy NFT and stake it to earn their future token
Lattice @latticexyz is building a game @skystrifeHQ, a real time strategy game that they playtest every week
However, more interestingly, they are building MUD, a piece of GameFi infrastructure that will help on-chain games.

Guess it is similar to Gods Unchained, but better?
Currently in closed beta. I haven't tried it. But people who have say it is fun. You can also watch some gameplay on youtube

Playmint @PlaymintUK is building on-chain games. They built a simple one earlier, but now hopefully building something with increased complexity.
Looking at some of their articles on their website, it looks like they know what they are talking about. Look forward to their launch
