1. Schedule the sending of your email
Do you want to create the impression that you're working at 10:00 pm?
Here's how you can do it:
ā Click the arrow next to 'send'
ā Choose 'Schedule Shipping'
ā Select the desired date and time.
2. Gmail offline
ā Sign in to your Gmail account.
ā Click the gear icon or "Quick Settings".
ā Click āSee all settingsā.
ā Select āOfflineā and then āEnableā for more options.

3. Send a confidential email
Keep things on the down-low by sending confidential emails.
Hit the 'lock' symbol when composing to restrict copy, print, forward, and download options.
4. Cancel an email
Sent something by mistake?
No stress.
Activate the "cancel sending" option in Settings > General for up to 30 seconds of oh-no-free zone.
5. Utilize tags
Keep your inbox tidy and organized.
Use tags to categorize emails by themes like "Work", "Personal", or "Travel".
6. Delete promotional emails
