Real world farmers in need of funding are connected with DeFi Users via Blockchain Technology.
LandX handles the legal part (the part that Farmers or DeFi Users wouldn't want to handle).
Leveraging Aave Credit Delegation.
Leveraging Aave Credit Delegation allows users who have deposited funds into Aave to "delegate" their borrowing power to LandX Credit Gateway to get much higher APY.
Basically you can use AAVE credit to lend on LandX Credit Gateway.
To secure loans, farmers are prompted to provide collateral, which serves as a safety net in case they fail to repay.
This collateral can include assets like land, real estate, vehicles, or even cryptocurrency.
Everything is verified by LandX & Partners to ensure Lenders are safe.
Lenders are nicely rewarded to lend out their USDC to borrowers who are subject to fixed loan terms.
Borrowers are empowered by a completely new system of funding.
The team is being smart about it as they're raising the caps of the pools safely and slowly, assuring to process with care and avoid issues.

And xTokens are yield bearing tokens providing a fixed yield in cTokens.
1 xWHEAT can be staked to earn 1 cWHEAT per year, which can then be exchanged for USDC at market value of 1kg of wheat.
