In February 1968, #CIA's Directorate of Intelligence Weekly Review included #KGB's organizational chart after the leadership transition to Andropov in 1967.
But how accurate was it? Research available today shows that it was very accurate. Not 100% but close.
For example, 2nd Chief Directorate (SCD) chief Bannikov was not replaced by Malygin (who was in charge of another KGB department), but by Tsinyov.
Tsinyov was previously the head of 3rd Directorate & was succeeded by Fyodorchuk who doesn't appear on the chart.
