Typefully is fantastic and way too cheap for what you get.
We’ve tried many alternatives at @framer but nothing beats it. If you’re still tweeting from Twitter you’re wasting time.

The launch of galaxy A series today makes samsung's intentions for this year very clear.
Lets look into it (1/13)
Galaxy A53 vs. Galaxy A54: Noticeably Larger Bezels on the Latest Model.
These bezels aren't an attempt to JUST cut corners and save costs. (2/13)
On a product page, A53 looked closer to flagship S series than A54.
Bezel increase is not to save costs but make the S23 series more enticing.
Samsung doesn't expect to sell many A54's; it exists to sell more S series phones.
(3/13)
2023 2022
But then you might think, S23 costs double that of A54 and you'd be right. However, the Galaxy S23 FE is coming soon, which will slide in between A54 and S23.
(4/13)
Samsung does have more profit per unit if consumers decide to go for the Galaxy S series. If you look closely, this strategy is very similar to Apple's strategy of including a home button on their budget models, to make the expensive ones look better.
(5/13)
Even if consumers go for A series its a win for Samsung since they are increasing price of A series and getting more profit.
(6/13)
After samsung's leadership change; from DJ Koh to TM Roh in 2020, it also resulted in a change of strategy, thats why Samsung increased the bezels. After deciding to focus on the sales of flagships more.
(7/13)
So to sum it up;
1) The non S series phones just exist so that Samsung still can have something for the people who don't have the budget to go for a S series phone
2) At least in selling the smartphones, Samsung is taking advantage of their brand value very much.
(8/13)
Samsung releases slightly cheaper M and F series phones in competitive markets like India, such as the upcoming Galaxy F14 which is a modified A14. However, these models aren't available in all markets, so people may opt for the S series instead.
(9/13)
4) Samsung is trying to do maximum cost cutting in most of their phones and also ask for the maximum price possible, s23 series had price increase compared to older s22 series in many regions.
(10/13)
5) Their strategy for this year is the same as it was in 2017, where the cheaper a8 model had a similiar design language to the s8 and here a galaxy A54 looks like a galaxy s23.
(11/13)
IN 2023. IN 2017
OPINION: This year the A series is below average and very terribly priced and I am very disappointed, in my region the cheaper S21 FE is a much better overall deal, the only way it can change is if Samsung downgrades the camera quality of S21 FE by software updates.
(12/13)
If you want a under $400 samsung i would wait for the Samsung m54 if that will be available in your region, or just go for a Realme or redmi if you can.
