Interlay new roadmap

The first UniSwap V3 model is about to launch on Moonbeam.

Here's what you need to know to participate:

1/ UniSwap V3 = Concentrated Liquidity.

This model offers more attractive trading fees for liquidity providers and low slippage for traders.

More Traders = More Fees

2/ However, there are downsides

V3 Liquidity Providers have to manage their position consistently. For example, if you set a range between 1,000$ - 1,100$ for ETH, and it falls out of that range.

You as a liquidity provider miss out on rewards...

3/ Plus, the above scenario will turn 2 assets into one asset. (Let's say you provide liquidity with ETH/USDC) So you will expose to huge impermanent loss.

Sideway will be a blessing...

4/ Out-of-Range is an 'Exit the Position while providing liquidity and earning fee' strategy that I'll explain in more detail in my next thread (after trying it out in beta).

5/ Speculation

By adopting the V3 model, StellaSwap will reduce selling pressure on its native token $STELLA. Now rewards are trading fees.

6/ Introduce Pulsar on Moonbeam

Pulsar was introduced by @StellaSwap (the native DEX on MoonBeam) and @CryptoAlgebra (a tool to integrate the v3 model).
