When I give feedback to an agent in my project, I usually use some kind of indicator of what needs to be done. I do it a lot in programming projects, but you can also do it for example in the ChatGPT Canvas, Gemini Canvas or in any kind of AI ap that opens documents and lets you work in it together with the AI.

I this as a snipper under `;q` so I can quickly press that whenever I see a section that needs feedback.

Once I’m done, I enter the next prompt asking the agent to process the feedback and update it's knowledge files so it won't make the same mistake again.

After processing the feedback scan the @context folder for any files with information related to the files you just updated and correct / update them with the feedback you got so you don't make the same mistakes again next time.

Last year, I received one of the greatest compliments of my career.

A good friend and fellow student who taught me my first shortcuts in IntelliJ years ago and was also my personal mentor during our study software engineer asked me to develop his app 🥰.

It had to be a free app for housemates that combines three main features. Today, we are live on both app stores with the first two main features: shared shopping list and cleaning schedule.

The focus for the next two weeks is to finalise invite codes so that you can join each other's households more easily, notifications and the first version of the who pays what system (third main feature).

Of course, there are all kinds of small bugs and issues that can be improved, so those will also be included in each release. We have set up a strict plan to release small updates once a week on average. We would really appreciate it if you would try out the app, especially if you live with someone, and let us know what you think.

If you have any feedback for us, that would be great! You can easily activate this interface via settings or by tapping the screen three times anywhere within the app. You can then send it via our app, including a screenshot, a nice drawing of yours and your personal message.

The Roomy App

When I want to ensure that AI does exactly what I want within my project, in line with the conventions of the project, I usually first draw up a good plan. I ensure that all context is available and that I have selected all relevant files so that the AI knows how we do things within the project.

But.. you know doing this properly can take some time. So.. if you don't have that much time, try out this little cheat code of a prompt. Especially when you're working with something like #claudecode. Just add this at the end of your request and start in `plan mode`.

The day before yesterday I managed to find a good template that I wanted to use. A lesson I learned from implementing this template and a few other templates in #webflow before is the following. #buildinpublic

Originally Floatnote.app started out as a desktop application, but once the mobile version got developed mobile became the main app, web was set up and desktop got discontinued.

You can save yourself a lot of time by choosing a template that really represents the concept you are selling. In my case now, a #mobileapp template is better than a desktop #SaaS template.

This has to do with the different types of visual elements that are all tailored to mobile app screenshots. To save yourself a lot of time, it is useful if you download these screenshots, adjust them and use the same size (this is important) and then upload them again.

This will keep many animations working properly and most importantly keep proportions looking good. If you don't do this you often spend a lot of time keeping your template nice and responsive because you disturb it because of the different sizes of your screenshots.
