Here's 2 bogus myths about entrepreneurship:
1. Great founders don't feel lost, clueless or a sense of self-doubt
2. Great founders woke up one day and arrived at a big idea that the market instantly wanted
Here's the actual raw truth: ⬇️
Entrepreneurship is perhaps the loneliest endeavor in the world
Because it involves taking risky bets on often half-baked ideas and markets
You're likely to fail more often than you think
But then what saves founders from drowning in their own anxiety and self-doubt?
🔑 The answer is community
A strong supportive positive-sum peer group (which means they're not competing with each but ... helping each other)
The antidote to feeling lost is feeling a sense of belonging with others who also feel lost.. aka entrepreneurs
This is how top founders stay sharp and positive
They don't get caught up in limiting beliefs because they surround themselves with others who see the best in them .. and aren't afraid to say it out loud
This alone is worth a million dollars of mental peace in my view
Second, how do great founders arrive at big ideas?
Definitely NOT by quietly sitting on the sidelines
It's by finding whatever means to get into the arena (the market) and testing their ideas by building stuff and talking to early users
🔑 The antidote to anxiety is ... actually action
Action implies building an MVP (or a prototype) around your idea/insight
Well .. what if you don't know how to build or code?
It's 2022 and we're in the middle of a massive revolution
The "build tools" (whether you call them no-code, low-code or even just programming tools) are lowering the barrier of entry to entrepreneurship like NEVER BEFORE (see examples below)

Why am I personally bullish on action?
In the last 3 years, I helped 500+ MVPs (side projects, side hustles &actual businesses) come to life - both professionally at my previous work and privately through helping my audience
They all had 1 thing in common: THEY TOOK ACTION 💪🏼
So when I joined @DayOneD1, I decided to make 'taking action' the center stage of my mission here
Today, we're announcing a brand new track (program) for future founders called "THE BUILD TRACK" 🛠 [applications open for our 1st cohort in Oct 2022]
It's not about no-code, low-code or code
It's about 'BUILDING' and that's why we're calling it 'THE BUILD TRACK'
