Typefully is fantastic and way too cheap for what you get.
Weโve tried many alternatives at @framer but nothing beats it. If youโre still tweeting from Twitter youโre wasting time.

For 24 months, I tried almost a dozen Twitter scheduling tools.
Then I found @typefully, and I've been using it for seven months straight.
When it comes down to the experience of scheduling and long-form content writing, Typefully is in a league of its own.

How do you Lead by Example on Design Docs, Pull Requests or on Big Engineering Discussions?
My Maturity Model: The 5 Levels of Ownership in Code Review/Pull Request Comments & Engineering Discussions for Software Engineers & Engineering Leaders (EMs & Staff+):
๐ถ Level 1 - Complain Generally.
-> For example, โThis is a piece of s***.โ
๐ถ Level 2 - Complain Specifically / PinPoint the issue, but leave it as it is.
-> For example: โThis method is not as functional as it could be. It is not testable & there are side-effects <here> and <here>โ
๐ Level 3 - Propose a solution forward.
-> For example: โThis method is not super functional. It is not testable. You can use this <example> to do some refactoring OR Talk to Ana to learn how she addressed that <here>โ
๐ซ Level 4 - Volunteer to fix the problem, start working on something to help.
-> For example: Do the initial breakdown of the project, create the Mikado graph, break down the tasks, do a presentation to leadership to get more devs, schedule a kickoff call, make a draft PR.
๐ Level 5 - Drive initiative to completion going blocker after blocker / being flexible, iterating on the idea, not letting decisions go beyond 24 hours, going in small increments, releasing, getting feedback, and addressing things till the vision is complete.
๐ Level 5X - Make sure that you are no longer needed to maintain that initiative. Make the team so independent that things move forward even when you are out.

Community Added Levels:
๐คฎ Level 0 by Alex Okrushko - Attack the author personally: "Were you drunk when you were working on this code?" ๐
๐ฉโ๐ซ Level 6 by Philibert Dugas - Teach level 4 and 5 so that the team has the same ownership on the next problem ๐คฉ
