This is an important distinction as I believe that Landa uses "secondary market" share values to calculate appreciation and not actual current property values.

Ending the week with a #bigbang as I received $3.04 in #dividends yesterday to end the month, and invested some new monies into the portfolio as well.

As a result my PADI increased from $1,628.29 to $1,630.97 - an annual increase of $2.68.
