$BTC experienced a drop to $24.8k earlier in the week, followed by a rally to $26.7k after news of Blackrock's ETF application – a classic flat market with some intra-week volatility. But when we zoom out, we will find ourselves in a classic 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩-𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙧 market. 🧵 2/9

This trend is also evident in the 1-month Realized Volatility, which has now dropped to 39.6%. This is one of the lowest levels recorded since the 2021 bull market. And you know what tends to follow after post-bear periods, don't you? 🧵 3/9

The trend of accumulation is already underway. HODLers are currently accumulating coins at a rate of approximately 42.2K BTC per month, absorbing a significant portion of the available supply. 🧵 4/9

Still not feeling confident? This chart shows the divergence between exchange balances and the volume of $BTC held in illiquid wallets (little/no history of spending). This week: Illiquid supply → ATH of 15.2M BTC; Exchange balances → ATL since Jan '18 at 2.3M BTC. 🧵 5/9

Assuming that the lows established in November 2022 hold, historical trends suggest that we can anticipate reaching the next ATH within the next 8 – 18 months. Before that, we should expect a range between $20.1k (-23%) on the downside and $45.0k (+71%) on the upside. 🧵 6/9
