@meta_pool is launching the first native liquid staking token for @auroraisnear! stAUR.
stAUR will bring more liquidity, asset mobility and capital efficiency to @auroraisnear, unlocking more DeFi and value creation opportunities.
- stAUR creates more asset mobility for $AURORA holders.
- stAUR will implement "fast unstake", i.e no more 48h cooldown period as experienced on Aurora+.
- Fast unstake will have a 2% fee.
- staking and staking rewards will be on an @auroraisnear validator on #NEAR
/ ETHEREUM STAKING
#Ethereum staking is coming to @meta_pool via @ssv_network.
@meta_pool is leveraging SSV's validator system for how it allocates delegation, and interacts with different nodes on the ETH PoS network.
- Mainnet tentatively marked for 1st/2nd week of June
/ METAPOOL GOVERNANCE
@meta_pool will be launching Metapool governance v0.1 and begin the decentralization of their liquid staking platform. This decentralization is one of the the outcomes of the liquid staking token, stNEAR.
