It’s just that we want to earn more than our immediate environment, which is our friends, our brothers, sisters, and everyone else.

2. The gold standard metric to judge businesses is revenue per employee.

3. Funding is like getting the resources. 
Funding doesn’t mean you’re successful.

4. Where do all the other food delivery businesses like Foodpanda, Tapzo, etc. go?

• There is a concept of monopoly. 
VCs place all their money on the winner, and more money means more discounts, and more discounts mean more customers.

5. One easy way to check if someone is smart or not is whether or not they use macros or some smartcuts for themselves to automate repetitive things and focus on the things that matter.

6. Finding a wrong cofounder is okay because that will help you learn something about yourself and also about the other person.

7. “The difference between making a mistake once or twice and making the same mistakes 20 times is understanding yourselves.”

8. “People do what gets them applause.”

9. Create leverage before taking huge risks in life.

Leverage can be anything: your online audience, the skillset you’ve built, something you’re really good at; leverage is anything that sets you apart from the crowd.

10. Find a product that really helps people, because these are the kinds of products that scale very fast.

• Pay attention to their body language, patterns of behavior, and the subtext underlying their statements.

2. Observe how somebody reacts to you and how somebody reacts to other people.
This will tell you a lot about them and about you.

3. “Awareness will spark everything.”

• Now instead of reacting, you’re going to think and take a step back.

4. Comparing yourselves is not self-reflective, because you’re comparing yourselves with other people's standards, not yours.

5. “Everything is my fault.”

• You should take 100% ownership of your life, and shouldn’t blame anyone for anything in your life, because everything that happens in life is an exact reflection of your choices.

6. Amor Fati - Love of Fate

• We humans go through life not accepting things the way they are, we want things to be different to be better.

• Stop Whining and Start Embracing Life.

7. You can’t be afraid of anything in life if you have some near-death experiences.

8.  The worst feeling in the world is to be facing death and to think,” Damn, I’ve wasted my life.”

9. “You want your emotions - you need them, you're not trying to repress them - repressing emotions will lead to other problems. What you want is just that tiny little bit of distance, that ability when you're feeling it, to go back and go, ‘Hmm, why am I really feeling this? 


10. “If you're so attuned to what other people are saying and doing and telling you and thinking, that voice gets drowned out by a million other voices, and you're not able to hear yourself anymore.”

1.  Ethereum is just not a Cryptocurrency it is a Blockchain that you can use to build applications on top.

2.  A Contract is a virtual object which contains a piece of code.

3.  Why is Ethereum better than traditional systems?

• Completely neutral,
• Completely transparent,
• Visible,
• Treats everyone equally according to what the rules are.

4.  Why is Blockchain needed at all?

• To remove the need for ‘trusted’ third parties
• And to replace it with a trusted computer that is being audited, verified, and checked by thousands or tens of thousands of other computers.

5.  Limitations of Ethereum

• Latency: Half a Minute to process one single payment.
• Transparency: If you just use a blockchain, you lose a lot of privacy

6.  The larger the number of users that are verifying by default, the more secure the blockchain is.

7.  “Privacy’s the same. People don’t value privacy until somebody goes to jail over it, and then they’re like, “Oh wait, I want privacy.” Or someone gets de-platformed.”

8.  “People often compare Bitcoin to gold or to the dollar as a store of value. But the biggest stores of value in the world are not even Bitcoin and gold. They’re factories, stocks, houses, real estate—actual productive assets. Oil is another one, and commodities, et cetera.”

That’s true, disagreements are more important than agreements on a foundational level as agreements can lead to confirmation bias and you always tend to seek out securement and support.

4. It's ok to make mistakes but it's not ok to not learn from them.

5. The distinction between the constructive and destructive conflict is that in constructive conflict, each party’s end goals are shared, or at least compatible.

7. The problem with our Education System is that it teaches you to be right, be right every time and it tells you that being wrong or having some weaknesses is embarrassing, but it’s not true at all because what is important is understanding and knowing how to deal with it.

If so, go for it; it's a green flag.

It's very crucial to know the upcoming risks and opportunities.

8.  You need investors and customers both in order to thrive in your business, as customers tend to be excited about the product or service, whereas investors will typically be more interested in the business model.

You need to be able to see from multiple viewpoints, understand a range of motivations, and dig beneath the surface "how's" to the deeper "why's."

Scaling too late is bad, but it's a lot more beneficial than scaling too early, and this is why most companies die.

Should I be a Founder?

• To answer this question, you need to have some kind of irrational motivation for the problem that you’re solving, the startup that you’re building, or the person you’re building it with.

A thought is anything you’ve inserted into your mind. It is just the output of 1000s of inputs your mind has gotten.

Getting into the spiritual world can be done in a variety of ways like:

Credibility
Honesty
Sincerity
Dedication 
Devotion to God 
Chanting his names
Exclusive love

All that which is great is not cheap, and all that which is cheap is not great.

A spiritual journey is like a tunnel journey. There is no light in the front and the light behind you keeps on decreasing as you move forward.

There comes a time when you’re in the middle and there's no light in any way, but this is the only way to spiritual success, so you keep going and there’s a time when you start seeing some light and your speed increases.

The fuel of intelligence is divine knowledge.

Early in the morning is the ideal time to meditate.

The optimum time to go is between 4 and 5:30 a.m.
Morning spiritual practises provide a shield for the rest of the day and help you relax.

There are fewer diseases.
