Here's how I use AI for actual work:

I was assigned to create a pitch deck, record a video pitch, and develop a one-page strategic action plan.

This would have taken me a few days pre-AI.

Here's how I completed it in just a couple of hours:

1) I uploaded the assignment file and asked Claude Sonnet 3.5 for an outline for the 1-pager.

2) I filled the suggested outline with my insights and ideas. No editing.

3) I sent this draft back to Claude, asked it to edit, and make everything streamlined.

4) This got me halfway; I did the rest myself for a personal touch.

Next, I asked the AI to create a 5-slide deck for the potential client as described in the assignment, using the 1-pager as inspiration.


Tweaked this to fit my vision, then dropped it into @MeetGamma for an instant knockout deck.

Put my screenshots and tweaked some of the content to make more sense, and BAM— I had a great deck done in under an hour.

Now I asked Claude to write a script outline for my final task - recording a video pitch.

For the dreaded video assignment, @TellaHQ was my lifesaver. It lets you effortlessly capture quick clips and stitches them into a seamless, longer video.

It can also trim buffers, long silences, "ughs," "uhms," and more.

It even had a built-in "teleprompter".

This made editing fast and effortless.

As a big AI nerd, I was always annoyed by that AI tone of voice.

The secret here is templates→ 

-AI lacks context. You must provide that.
-AI loves examples. The more concrete, the better results you get.

To me, the biggest thing here is that you can create your own templates:

1) Get your best-performing posts/emails.
2) Templatize them for future use.
3) Repurpose and reuse

Outline the persona's core values, interests, and pain points. Also, suggest content types that would engage them. Prioritize alignment with the following topics I cover: [topics]" [2/2]


Pain points are what you want to write about.

Especially if you can solve them for your audience.

EXAMPLE: If you're having trouble navigating the digital landscape, subscribe to my newsletter where I curate the most useful tools for growth.


Suggest content types is where this prompt shines -

Write what your audience wants to read, how they want to read it.

They want you to help them solve their problems, but in their way. So make sure you diversify and have something for everybody (within your niche)

Great tip from @itsPaulAi : You can set the image format - 16:9 for landscape or 9:16 for vertical.

2. Request image seed

Each image has an identifying serial number called "seed".

Ask ChatGPT for the seed for the image you want to edit.

We'll go with image 1 (blue cap)

Seed: 1271757857


3. Modify image

Here's a quick prompt you should use to modify the image you've chosen:

"Modify [seed #]: changes you want made"

Example:

"Modify 1271757857: make the pufferfish angry with a red cap"



4. Important tips

With the seed, you can request modifications to the original image by providing specific instructions. Here are some types of modifications you can request:
