When first learning about web 3, it's natural to immerse oneself in everything! 

So...like many others, joining many communities & projects was part of the excitement & hype.

Soon though one can feel like they are drowning in web3 information overload.

The web3 noise is hard to know who to listen to & what to filter out.

To avoid burnout, consider the projects you are involved in:

Find 1-3 communities or projects that you LOVE 😍

Are they #inclusive to new members? 👋🏾👋👋🏼

Do they align with your goals & core beliefs? 💫

For your mental health, alignment on your capacity to contribute is important too. 🏁

Is it easy to contribute, be heard or seen? 🤝

Is the environment and community safe 
for you to show up as yourself? 🌱🌳

or DAOs & then narrow down as you have

As a global ecosystem, web3 doesn’t sleep. 😴

That doesn’t mean you should skip out on your own rest.

Decide how many hours ⏳ you can give 
to your communities and projects.

Then stick to it!

Hint: Start between 5-10h/week TOTAL


➡️ Control your notifications and DMs in web3.

It's easy for Discord & Telegram 
notifications to spiral out of control. 🌀

You can turn down the noise 
by muting servers or channels. 🔕

Use the DND feature on your phone to 
turn off notifications while asleep. 🌙🌟

➡️ Don't forget to unplug from web3 to recharge! 🔋

We all need and deserve rest. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Stepping away from web3 spaces gives your 🧠 
a chance to process any new knowledge or skills.
