Typefully is fantastic and way too cheap for what you get.
We’ve tried many alternatives at @framer but nothing beats it. If you’re still tweeting from Twitter you’re wasting time.

Don't ban new tech - experiment with it! 🐼
What I think about the new crypto war.
The slogan of Web3 builders is "move fast and break things."
Wdym? …they ask for forgiveness after the fact rather than permission ahead of time.
Philosophically, this is the right attitude…some bad behavior is allowed.
You can't innovate if you don't tolerate mistakes.
Lime scooters, for example. It launched scooter sharing in multiple cities without asking permission.
As a result, cities across the globe are banning scooters...
We call this precautionary principle, which states that new technologies, behaviors, or policies should be prohibited until their supporters can show they won't harm anyone.
As Hippocrates said in ancient Greece, doctors should "do no harm". 😙
Environmental protection brought the precautionary principle into the political conversation in the 1980s. 🤔
To prevent harm from happening in the first place, it's prudent to prevent environmental damage.
However, I think that's not the right way to look at web3 technologies.
Despite some harms, new web3 technologies don't cause irreversible damage.
In some cases, like the environment or public health, the precautionary principle makes sense.
Avoiding air pollution or dumping trash in the ocean is easier than cleaning it up later.
Despite how annoying and dangerous North Korean hackers who misused Tornado Cash are, they aren't critical to our society.
No problem if the US Treasury sanctioned the criminals and hackers who misused Tornado Cash 💀☠️💀
But they sanctioned a piece of code infrastructure, and Tornado Cash is open-source code, so it's free and open to everyone. It's a public good.👈🏾
Public goods and infrastructure are everywhere: the internet, money, roads, air, and water….and they're also used by
….wait for it...
criminals !! 🥸
We should pursue criminals who misuse public goods. 💣💣
But we don't sanction the Internet and email technology because hackers send scam emails.🖐🏾
I suggest instead of preemptively banning things, we continue to rely on the liberal approach:
See what kinds of harms arise, handle them through the courts, then decide what to do. 🤠
Take a look at whether a pattern of harms emerges that would be better handled up front by a new or revised regulation.
i know....Crypto Bros aren't always nice, and "disruption" can really feel disruptive.
But the goal of liberalism is to solve humanity's problems.
It's overly conservative to ban new technologies. The majority of new ideas are useless anyway. Only a few will survive.
It's hard to tell until we try them out. 🤷🏿♂️
Continuing to sanction lawful and healthy network actions will lead to further decentralization.
Everything can be decentralized, but humans should still be in control.
Listen to your heart.
