$PLS Price: +32% Allocation: no change Thesis: Plutus controls a lot of governance power of $DPX, $JONES and $SPA and the market may still underestimate its potential.

$VSTA Price: +3% Allocation: no change Thesis: - Thanks to many partnerships with other protocols $VST will become a key stablecoin on Arbitrum. - $VSTA will get more utility beyond governance with clear value accrual.
