There is a part inside your mind that knows when you've done something wrong. It's the part that feels guilt and quickly tries in vain to push it away, but it only makes it more glaring, noisy and sharp in your mind.

Again and again, it comes back, even when you sleep, and the more you try to suppress it, the stronger it becomes. Finally, it becomes so strong that you do everything in your power to avoid sleep, because ofthe guilt that grows stronger, like a cancer weighing you down.

Even in those moments, when your mind is free of the guilt, this part of you is plotting to remind you of what you did. You'll never outrun it. You'll never even outlive it. Unless you apologise to those you wronged for your wrongs, it will eat you up.

Guilt

The mind disrupts our Consciousness and is not our true
essence. When there is no disturbance in our Consciousness the Mind ceases to exist. By just Being, without intrusion of the mind, We expand & heighten our consciousness, becoming more self-aware and centered, Connected

Through meditation, we learn to let go of the mind and achieve a state of no-mindedness. This is not a state of unconsciousness but rather a state of Conscious Stillness where there are no disturbances or vibrations in the mind. It's like being in a calm and silent lake

with no ripples or disturbances on the surface. When the mind is disturbed it tends to perpetuate the cycle of disturbance leading to even more disturbances, like waves. This creates a vicious circle that becomes difficult to break. While the mind can be used to explore

the world, the more we immerse ourself in external pursuits the farther away we get from our true self. This makes it harder to find our way back to our inner self. Even though we may remember that we have a home within you may feel homesick & unable to return because

you forgot. This longing for home persists but without a clear way back. We may feel lost and disconnected. although we long to return to our inner home, we often attempt to do so using the
same mind that has led us astray. This can result in us getting lost in

scriptures, words, philosophies and metaphysical systems which only serve to deepen our confusion and make it harder to find our way back. To find the way back to our true nature we must
recognize that the Mind itself is the disease and we cannot solely rely on it to guide us.

The mind is a door to the external world to objects and phenomena but not to our subjectivity or inner consciousness.
We must look beyond the mind and turn inward to reconnect with our true selves. When you learn to fully embrace and live
in the present moment everything falls

into place EFFORTLESSLY. There is no need to feel anxious or
worried because the answers to your questions come to you naturally without even having to ask. The solutions have always existed but we often fail to recognize them because we
are not fully present and aware.

By being fully engaged in the present you can tap into the wisdom and resources that are available to you at all times.
Human beings often seem to be in a state of sleepwalking going through life In A Daze, without fully waking up to their
own existence they move through life

living and dying but they seem to do so almost mechanically without any real awareness. The Mind itself is dull and lacks intelligence. It is not capable of true creativity or original thought rather it functions more like a machine endlessly repeating the same patterns

and thoughts without any new input. Like a computer the Mind processes the same information over and over again unable to generate anything new or unexpected it is only by dropping the mind and entering a state of deep awareness that true intelligence can emerge

As a result of our attachment to the mind we often fail to see or appreciate the world around us. We become preoccupied with the mind's mediocre and limited capabilities and as
a result we miss out on the vastness & richness of reality.
While the mind can be useful for storing

memories and keeping records it cannot provide us with true INSIGHT into the Nature of Reality.
The mind is incapable of intelligence, creativity or originality.
Only a state of no mind can give rise to True Intelligence which is radical and transformative.
