Read, If you are struggling with your life.

1. Do question nearly everything

2. Start thinking from first principles

3. Do tests things well

4. Don’t fool yourself. You are very important to yourself

5. Change your mind regularly means updating your knowledge every day by learning something new

6. Do laugh because in today’s stressful world laughter is the best medicine.

7. Think long-term

8. Don’t take yourself so seriously.

That last point is very important.

Think about wealth creating, not money or status.

“Learn to sell. Learn to build. If you can do both, you will be unstoppable".

You are not going to get rich with a 9 to 5 job. You must own equity- a piece of a business.

Do learn to code but if you can’t code, then write books and blogs, and record videos and podcasts. It will surely help you.

Learn foundational skills of everything.

In order to learn “Business”, study microeconomics, game theory, psychology, persuasion, ethics, maths, and computers. (I was surprised).

Do read books every day. Start with 1 book today of your choice.

Do hard work with some smartness.

Learn some specific knowledge like sales

In order to learn sales skills. You may read Robert Cialdini. To learn quickly, go door-to-door. It is hard but will learn very quickly.

The most important skill for getting rich is becoming a constant learner.

If something entertains you now but will bore you later, It’s a distraction. Keep looking for options.

Train yourself with a skill that can’t be replaced. If your skill is replaceable then they will teach it to a computer.

“You’re never going to get rich renting out your time”.

“We waste our time with short-term thinking and busywork. Warren Buffett spends a year deciding and a day acting. That act lasts decades”.

Money is not the root of all evil; lust for money is bad.

Money is a tool, you have an option to use it in good work or bad work. 

Value freedom above everything.

The only way to learn something is by doing it.

Having a “thought of clarity” is very important in today’s world of distractions.

Everyone should know basic math.

If you still can’t decide, The Answer is NO.

Learn mental models. (Very important in life)

“Reading a book isn’t a race- the better the book, the more slowly it should be absorbed”.

Think rationally and logically.

Pursue 3 things in a life” happiness, health, and wealth”.

Try to sit with yourself at least for 10 minutes daily. no Music, no phone not anything.

Try to keep life simple.

Focus on your habits. It’s really important for your life.

Keep less secrets. It will make you feel lighter.

Reduce your screen time. It will lead you to less happiness.

You will die one day; nothing is going to matter. Enjoy yourself. Help others. Laugh regularly. Appreciate others and mind your own business.

Prioritize health above everything.

“The more processed the food, the less one should consume.

“How to make a habit? Do something every day”.

To have a sharp mind, you first have peace of mind. Find from where you get it. Example: helping the needy.

Inspiration is perishable, act on it immediately.

“The hardest thing is not doing what you want- it’s knowing what you want”.

Value your time. Don’t spend your time making others people happy.

“The older the question, the older the answer”.

“Earn with your money, not with your time”.

“Watch every thought”.

If you have a job and you are getting a decent salary and thinking that you can buy an iPhone on an EMI of 2 years. Instead of starting an EMI, go for a SIP. 

In 1st case, you are owing a liability and in another, you are owing an asset. It’s a huge difference. Think about it.

Things to do before buying Term Insurance.

First of all, ask yourself how much cover is enough for today (at least 10 times your annual income)

Need to do some due diligence and questions to ask.

1. Compare policy prices from the official website as well as aggregators like policy bazaar.

2. Always ask for a policy brochure.

Now, if you have finalized the policy then fill out the proposal form details very carefully like address, pin codes, occupation, etc.

3. Ask for useful riders.

4. Read policy document, wordings, minor details & terms and conditions.

6. Provide complete medical history documents to the insurer.

7. Ask for an E-Insurance account or Digi locker to keep documents digital.

10. Ask if a change of occupation can reject policy?

11. If you are buying a policy with the help of a financial advisor ask them how will he/she help if would decease or leave the profession?

Additional Information:

1. Suicide is not covered in the term plan for the first year.

2. If you are a married person make sure you opt for MWP (married woman property act). you can only do this at the time of policy purchase and never later.

3. Set audio debit to avoid policy lapse.

4. Check payout options for the nominee.

# Lump Sum: Full amount is credited to nominee bank A/C.

# Lump sum with monthly income: Fixed amount credited on death and remaining amount every month over a period of 10 to 15 years.

# Only Income: Claim is paid out in monthly payout over a period of 10 to 15 years.

Some water-intensive crops:
Sugarcane, Rice, Soybeans, Wheat, Cotton, etc.

Sugarcane is a cash crop means farmers are getting good money after selling it and that's because sugar mills use this sugarcane to make sugar from it and sugar is a high-demandable item.

Sugar prices are expensive while
sugarcane prices are inexpensive. 

FYI: Consuming sugar is dangerous for the human body while sugarcane is better. 

Now you may think why we are the reason: 

Low water-intensive crops like jawar and bajra whose demand is very less and because of this reason farmers don't like to produce them. 

Another reason for not producing it frequently is not getting paid on time.

Although we can add these multi-grain items to our diet.

1. Live within your means: Suppose you are earning Rs. 30000 per month, then save at least Rs. 5000 to 6000 per month and invest it in growth assets.

Don't upgrade your lifestyle with your rising income.

2. Track your spending: There is a saying, that if you can't measure it then it's impossible to track it. 

There are so many free apps from which you can take help.

3. No Credit Cards: Credit cards can be a wealth destroyer if you don't know their proper usage.

4. Save for Specific Goals: use the 50/30/20 Rule. use your 50% income for needs, 30% for wants, and the rest 20% for investments.

On one side, write down your income and on the other side, write down your expenses and then follow it strictly.

6. Build an emergency fund: When you start earning, build your emergency fund even before your investments. 

an emergency fund can help you at that time when no one can. 

Now you may be curious, how much is enough and where to park it.
