I've been playing around with https://uniq.cx, a NFT Analytics tool released for free by @MrMallory_.

It's a treasure trove of info, normally accessible only by paying hundreds of dollars a month for a tool like Nansen or Icy.

Let's focus on one of my favorite Top 10 collections, Beanz https://uniq.cx/collection/beanzofficial
(Yes, I'm as disgusted as you are on the Zagabond mess, but the artwork is just soooo cute!)

Straight off, Uniq.cx shows high level info such as current FP, resale fee etc.

One nifty info is the "Break-even Price".

If you were to buy at FP of 1.8E right now, how much do you need to sell it at to break even? That's what this box shows you, after accounting for OpenSea sales fee, royalty fee & Ethereum gas cost (estimated at 0.01E)

Next comes some cool graphs.

The FP candlestick panel gives you a feel of how the price has been trending, while the Transactions panel shows you what the transaction volume (by # of transactions) has recently been.

The recent nasty red candles are from the Zagabond fallout.

But what I find *MOST* interesting are the next few panels.

From these I can draw the following insights:
1) 61% of owners have never sold since minting, indicating long-term loyalty
2) Currently there are only 1% of "Paperhands", listing their asset at a loss

3) Huge # of holders sold off at a loss on 10th May, but that number has been drastically going down
4) Very thin floor; only 9 sales and the FP will rise to 2.14E!

Based on these observations, I feel bullish on the collection.

Given there are >100 transactions on any given day, a single piece of good news or +ve market sentiment can easily push the FP up to ~2.3E.

So if you buy at FP of 1.8E, it could be an easy 28% flip in a few days.

But will the community forgive & forget the Zagabond fiasco?

During a sideways market like this, it's hard to find good opportunities but one strategy works especially well!

That strategy is pseudo-neutral yield farming, which is done by:
1) Opening a yield farming position on a stablecoin-paired LP (e.g. SOL-USDC, ETH-USDT)
2) Shorting the same number of non-stable coin (e.g. SOL, ETH), typically by selling a PERP (e.g. SOL-PERP, ETH-PERP)

Some platforms such as @Francium_Defi & @TulipProtocol on #Solana, @AlpacaFinance on #BSC and @Alpha_HomoraV2 on #Avalanche offer Leveraged Yield Farming.
This is awesome because it means you can borrow the non-stable coin directly on the platform, effectively shorting it.

@Francium_Defi has a handy calculator (https://francium.io/app/calculator) making it easy to simulate estimated PnL from different yield farming strategies.
As you can see, a pseudo-neutral strat earns $ whether the market goes up or down... but only within a certain band.

If the price of the non-stable coin drops by more than -56% or increases by more than +85% you'll start losing money.
In fact, a pseudo-neutral strat earns the most when the market is perfectly flat!
This is why it could be the perfect strategy during this sideways market.

How does this work?
APE-PERP is a “Perpetual Future”, and those holding long/short positions on it either pay or receive funding, depending on whether APE-PERP is trading above or below $APE.
So times like now when everyone is bullish on $APE, you get paid for shorting!

As of writing, APE-PERP had positive funding of ~15% APR over the past 24 hours, and this will go up the more people become bullish on $APE
And the beauty is that it’s risk-free. Since you’re long $APE & short APE-PERP, you don’t lose money whether $APE goes ⬆️ or ⬇️!

This is a passive-aggressive strategy, meaning you can lay back and enjoy the APE-PERP funding, but you need to regularly monitor the funding rates and get ready to close positions if it stops being profitable.
