So far, we have been focussing on how to enter notes into @tana_inc and capturing to-do's and other relevant things inside Tana.

But just as often, I am on the go as I want to get things into Tana. In comes Tana Capture.

Tana Capture is available on iOS and Android and allows for capturing all kinds of useful information on the go. I use Tana capture to capture quick notes, add links to Tana (through the iOS share sheet), and voice memo's.

All audio can be automatically transcribed, amazing!

I use the Inbox to receive stuff from other sources too. I use GPT-4 and Apple Shortcuts to automatically convert anything on my phone and mac to to-do's in my Inbox.
