It leads down a dark path full of anxiety, frustration, and disappointment—for both the individual striving for unattainable goals as well as those around them who are subjected to their outbursts when things don't meet these impossibly high standards.

 Therefore, shift your mindset away from perfection towards steady improvement over time, it will take you closer toward success than striving for unachievable goals ever could.


Aim for achievable gains instead of lofty ambitions can help build momentum that carries far beyond what was initially expected– creating a virtuous cycle of growth with each step forward leading onto the next one more quickly and easily than before!

1. Apologies without change is manipulation
