Let’s be real—team meeting aftermath is chaos.
Missed follow-ups. Lost insights. Forgotten action items.
Our team used to spend 20-40 minutes after every call doing manual work—until we automated it.
Meeting transcriptions? A goldmine of untapped data.
Here’s how we built an automation to clean up the post-call mess (till infinity ♾️):
❌ The Problem
→ Reports took 20 minutes (or more) to build manually.
→ Missed calls left people in the dark.
→ Action items were unclear, and follow-ups fell through the cracks.
💡 The Solution
This automation takes care of all the post-meeting chaos:
1️⃣ Trigger: Automatically activates when a transcript is created.
2️⃣ Path Selection: Adjusts based on meeting type.
3️⃣ Data Extraction: Pulls structured insights (action items, outcomes, call highlights).
4️⃣ Report Creation: Builds a shareable, well-organized document.
5️⃣ Distribution: Shares the report with participants.
6️⃣ AI Assistant: Shares the recording + report, and answers follow-up questions, directly from Slack!
7️⃣ Storage: Saves everything in the correct Google Drive folder.
The Impact
✔️ No more wasted time on post-meeting busywork.
✔️ Action items and outcomes are always clear.
✔️ A scalable workflow that grows with the team.
What’s Next?
We’re taking this further—building an AI Agent that dynamically adapts to meetings, beyond static automations.
