Then, what is Conditional #Gasless?
🤝 It allows dApp builders to specify WHICH users are eligible for gasless transactions based on certain conditions

There are currently two "conditions" available to whitelist the users: 
- NFT whitelisting
- Token whitelisting

But, why set conditions?

🎯 Think of it as a targeted ad campaign

Developers are willing to pay a higher acquisition cost (in this case, gas fees) for specific users, for example:
• Early supporters
• NFT holders
• Stakers
• Paid users
• And many other use cases

Rewarding targeted users with #gasless transactions via @biconomy SDK also means developers will pay lower gas fees than the market equivalent rate.

First, you have to know how this happened.

Usually, these attacks happened when:
✅ NFT projects minting event
✅ NFT projects need their holders to verify their ownership

Nearing these events, scammers usually make a carbon copy of those NFT project's Twitter accounts. They often tag many people for them to get noticed. I'm sure we all were tagged by many scammers during the @moonbirds and @AzukiOfficial minting event back then.

Just take a look at this carbon copy of @KarafuruNFT -> @ KarafuruNfts (they add S at the end)

They usually made the exact same account with a similar name. 

Or even bought a Twitter verified account on a forum to make it more believable.

When you connect to their phishing website, you will get a metamask prompt to connect your wallet and sign a transaction. Notice that it's not a mint transaction, but a "Set Approval for All" transaction. Basically, this will let the scammers move all your X assets.

This is what exactly happened to @SethGreen 

In his case, he signed 3 "Set Approval for All" transactions that allowed the scammers to move all his #BAYC, #MAYC, and #DoodlesNFT assets.

What if I already approved that sketchy transaction? Or how can I make sure that my wallet is safe?

Go to revoke.cash and disconnect your wallet from everything.
Or just transfer all your assets to a new wallet.

Better be safe than sorry

So, how do we prevent anything like this to happen?

✅Always be on alert. Consider everything's a scam until proven otherwise.
✅Double-check any info with the official acc (make sure it's the right one)
✅Avoid clicking any link
✅Check the transaction notice before approving
