Note graph updates
✨ Fresh Note Graph updates:
(1) Select all incoming/outgoing links to the current note
(2) Select all notes under a certain tag
(3) Batch linking now creates a list of links in the TARGET note

👋 New keyboard hacks just in: when editing a note's title:
1. Press Tab to add a new Tag;
2. Press Enter to insert a new line at the top of the note.
Also, from anywhere in the note, press Ctrl-Alt-T or Cmd-Opt-T to add a new Tag.
🧩 This week's best Plugin improvements:
- Trigger plugins from the Image Options menu and operate on image properties;
- Add boolean Checks to determine whether an Action will be displayed or not;
