So right of the bat let's talk about claude.ai which is free! (so far to get access to Claude playground you had to wait in line) It has file uploads directly into context! Which means you can upload CSVs, PDFs!! and code files. This is an incredible improvement

You may say, big whoop, we have Code Interpreter, it also lets you upload files (up to 100mb) but this is different. Claude loads these files into it's massive context window! So it has direct access to everything you upload! No longer copy/pasting. This on it's own is huge ⭐

The playground is very sleek, and given new coding abilities, it's really use-full, so great to see it for free. I believe it's the only free playground with this much context and a file upload, will be glad to be proven wrong. It's also great on mobile! claude.ai

Let's talk about the 200K tokens context window. Claude folks claim that unlike that paper we saw with the dip in the middle of the context window, they claim that this doesn't happen w/ Claude long context! Very interesting, we'll have to test this out

Here are some incredible updated use-cases. 🌟 Claude v2 is significantly better at responding w/ JSON or Yaml which is a blessing for developers!

In addition to bigger context window on intake, this model is also trained on also generating much longer sequences on the output. Up to 4k tokens of response! This is, wow! Especially great for code and for JSON responses

They've also increased the multi-lingual abilities of Claude v2 and updated it's training data to include early 2023, unlike... other models that are still stuck in the past! Impressive 👏

Overall, a great great release, and the best thing, same price as 1.3, making it a no brainer to upgrade and a free website (US/UK only) to try it out!
