One of the most overlooked things to consider: keep LEARNING!
The old truism that You need to always be learning is truer than anytime. Be prepared to be thrown into new things, at or beyond your comfort zone.
But be open minded and open to learn.
Curiosity and enthusiasm goes a long way, but some amount of time and effort must also be invested. Be ready to always develop and keep improving. There's no other way!
