🔍 What’s the Clarification?
• Self-sealing facility granted to exporters has NO prescribed validity period
• Once granted, it continues indefinitely
⚙️ Key Conditions
• Valid unless:
✔️ Withdrawn
✔️ Suspended
✔️ Cancelled by Customs authority
• Action can be taken in case of:
⚠️ Non-compliance
⚠️ Misuse of facility
⚠️ Any valid legal reason
