Simply, it is a mobile phone that builds on top of the precedent set by iPhone/Android, but with blockchain technology:

Good news, it works like a normie app store but it's 10x better
Web2 users have to use @AppStore (controlled by Apple) or @GooglePlay (controlled by Google) now @solana is allowing decentralized apps

It's really cool to see how @solana is supporting all its technology.
Saga/@solanapay = peer-to-peer transactions. Payments for dApps will be directly between a customer and the dApp developer. No middlemen.
