Massively Level-up Your NoCode Game!

If you use @make_hq for handling the data from your @webflow form submissions it's not uncommon to end up with something like this whereby your single Webflow Webhook is fired for every form on your website & each route = 1 form. BUT a route can handle multiple forms if you want:

The filter, highlighted with a green box above, is set up as below where you can specify the different forms, by their name, which you want your route to handle:

The first module in this route can then be given the 2 variations of the name of the email address field in both forms. Make will know to try and use one OR the other and since only one can be set at a time, as it's only handling one form at a time, this is fine:

The router that follows the module above then creates 2 routes — one for each form — so that the form data can be processed in a unique way along each route e.g. one of the forms may have a completely different set of fields to the other or its data needs to be stored differently

Why design it like this you may ask? Why not! It's good to stretch what your tools can do & experiment with them. You may just find efficiencies or design patterns that you prefer like grouping together the "newsletter" forms in this example. Besides, it's fun exploring #withmake
