We realize that the previous message regarding updates to StarkNet wallets may have caused confusion regarding the frequency of these updates. The request to update 5 times was a miscommunication. The intention was to check regularly as a method to reduce risks.
In the coming months, there will be additional upgrades made to StarkNet. StarkNet is in alpha and users should expect changes.
As such, it is recommended to connect regularly to check for updates, we recommend every couple of months. At a minimum, one breaking update will be due to the transition to version 0.11.0, and later on, due to the implementation of Regenesis.
It is crucial to update your wallet now before the transition to version 0.11.0 and later this year before the Regenesis.
We don't treat this lightly at all, and we do all our efforts to avoid those kinds of changes. Specifically, we don't plan anything like that in the future.
However, it's possible that additional updates may be implemented in the future, but the specifics are yet to be determined.
