Before web3 I never cared much about mental health, cause well I didnāt really do things that would severely affect my thought process and I hardly did repetitive tasks, coming into web3 it was just GM, WL, Mint, Cope, rinse and repeat.
Letās be honest, web3 is easy money if you play your cards right and you get lucky, you eventually begin to trade some aspect of your normal life for the web3 lifestyle, for the somewhat easy money and you even have fun while doing it but you donāt ever realize that youāreā¦
messing your head up by repeating the same kind of tasks everyday, Wake up, Whatsapp, Twitter, Discord, repeat and eventually one day it all comes crumbling down, you begin to have difficulties with basic human interactions, lack of appetite, trouble sleeping and then ultimately
you burn-out so bad that it takes months of rehab to get yourself back. Mental health isnāt talked about enough in web3 and I really wish itās taken a lot more seriously. Having someone who isnāt involved in web3 to talk too is really helpful, although IMO I donāt thinkā¦
itās enough, your brain needs new information, your body needs exercise, so even as much as web3 is exciting and fun, you need IRL activities, go out, meet new people, register at a gym, develop an interest outside of web3, these things seem like little things that donāt matter..
but they do. So please donāt get carried away by all the GM and WAGMI in web3, take care of yourself health. ā¤ļø&š”
