During the last bullrun late 2020 to early 2021 we saw a dramatic slowdown in the ethereum network. At the time there were less than 12 million users of the network. The incident registered the idea for the need to have a more scalable blockchain solution.

Ethereum Stores data permanently on Ethereum network which is extremely expensive. It makes no sense to use Ethereum to store data. Storing only the required data is Ideal for a blockchain to work properly. Less important data can be delegated to other storage solutions:
